Going for walks

Can't afford to go to the gym and too lazy to do pushups? This may be the thing for you!
We were skeptical of this activity for most of our lives, but it actually does seem to do something. We find them less enjoyable if there’s an objective (i.e. going to the liquor store). Try a meandering stroll. A particular favourite of ours is the nature walk, which involves picking a patch of forest and walking in a straight line as far as you can go. This is also called boonie trekking. If you want to stay relaxed, try dressing down and going for a walk through a suburb. If you're unshaven and haggard looking, you'll spike fear into the minds of the feeble.
There are a number of benefits of walking. It helps a person to lose weight, keep in shape and reduces body fat and helps to overcome obesity. The fundamental health benefits of exercise walking are many. Metabolically, it helps control weight, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels. A brisk walk can burn up to 100 calories per mile or 300 calories per hour. Walking is the perfect complement to a sensible diet to lose weight and keep it off.
It's also a great way to meet women, especially if you have a dog with you. If you don't have a dog, ask a neighbor or friend if you can walk theirs, women are drawn to a cute dog like flies to honey. They will also see that you keep yourself in relative shape by doing moderate excersize.
Another benefit is that you'll save money, why drive to the local convenience store when you can walk instead. The $1 that you would have spent on gas you can instead spend on something more fun, like liquor. And if you're walking, it's impossible to get a DUI after you shotgun down that 6-pack of sketchy looking beer you just bought with your $1.
