Plastic Cup Pancakes

An easy to make meal after a hard night of drinking and you don't have to worry about cleanup.
Mix instant pancake powder and water in a 16oz disposable plastic cup until it has the same consistency as you'd use on the stove. A ceramic mug will work as well if you don't have a plastic cup.
Leave about 1/3 of the cup unfilled for pancake expansion.
Put the mix-filled cup into microwave and turn it on high for about 2-3 minutes.
The pancake-blob will puff up out of cup. You'll know it's done when it stops growing and starts steaming.
The cup may look a little saggy, but don't worry about it. As said earlier, you could probably use a mug or a glass but then you'd have to wash a dish. Stab with spoon or fork and insert butter/syrup/whatever into cavity.
